Rooms really show their age with broken furniture!!! It’s surprising how a so-called premium hotel has such noisy AC units and a lobby bar that lacks comfort. Please address unkempt outdoor areas and outdated bathroom fixtures!!!

I loved how close we were to the Botanical Gardens of Acapulco, just about 2 km away, which made for a peaceful stroll, and the nearby Cabo Marques was a delightful discovery, perfect for a scenic walk with views. our room was spacious and had a great balcony with an amazing view, truly enhancing our experience. For couples, the romantic setting and proximity to nature spots like the Mirador Puerto Marques are perfect for weekend explorations.

Just a smart choice for a momentary pause in Acapulco with fantastic value for money. The wait for lunch was long, but the personal touch from the staff made it worth the wait. Make sure to check the cleanliness before settling in.

Beautiful Views, Needs Some TLC

Had a wonderful time with my family enjoying the stunning views from our Deluxe Double Room. While the pool and beach were fantastic, the dining service could improve. Requesting room service took longer than expected. It's a gem that simply needs a bit of renovation and more attentive staff training.

after visiting acapulco last year, i returned and found this hotel exceeded my expectations. the spacious master suite on the 7th floor had a stunning view and a fantastic terrace. the pools were great, and the calm beach was perfect for swimming and some basic snorkeling.
